Sodexo Health Care has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resource Support Specialist II . In this Human Resources Support Specialist role, you will work as part of the Employee Movement Team that on-boards all management hires for our Health Care Market which is over 8,000 management employees. The hiring rate is approximately 20% for management employees in Health Care.

Has excellent computer skills with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Communicates in a clear, effective and respectful manner whether via phone, email or in person

Ability to manage competing priorities and meet time demands
General
Responsibilities:
Provides direct support to the Health Care Market's HR community, and field by:
Onboarding Management Hires utilizing Sodexo's onboarding & payroll systems: iCIMS, ADP Enterprise & ADP's eVerify system
Maintaining all active and terminated management employee files (as part of a team)
Creating and maintaining attestation letters for the market (as part of a team)
Checking Internal References (as part of a team)
Education/
Experience:
The successful candidate will possess at least 2 years HR Administrative experience, computer literacy with a proficiency in Excel. An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree would be preferred.
/ The successful candidates MUST work in the Simsbury, CT office. /
Provides relevant employee related data and analysis to Division and field leadership. Provides field HR Managers and corporate staff with relevant HR statistical information and analysis. Processes payroll and is a resource regarding the utilization of the payroll system to area HR Managers and their assistants. May administer the Division-wide processes. Completes special projects based on business needs regarding human resources data and analysis. Works under general supervision.
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
