Looking for a consultant with any of the following three skill sets:
1. Sharepoint 2010 or 2013 more hands on development than leadership experience
2. Technical lead with current version of Oracle, 9i or 11g, Oracle forms - Strong technical and leadership skills. Experience leading teams of on-site and offshore developers. Strong communication skills, planning and estimating experience.
3. Web development, WebLogic with Java Strong technical and leadership skills. Experience leading teams of on-site and offshore developers. Strong communication skills, planning and estimating experience.
Technical Lead / Senior Developer
Location: Simsbury, CT
Duration: contract to hire
Job Description:
Responsible for designing and building 2 tier, 3 tier or N tier client server based applications. Responsible for one or more technical aspects of development. Must understand the client server model and be able to develop interconnect programs that are distributed efficiently across different locations. Responsibilities include coding, testing, modifying, debugging, enhanced or purchased systems based on the business requirements, technical specifications and standards. Solid understanding of software development life cycle along with 3-tiered application architecture. Understanding of Object-Oriented (OO) languages and tools. .net Java, XML, JavaScript. jQuery, JSON, Oracle.
Additional Position Requirements:
Looking for candidate who has demonstrated leadership, planning and estimating experience.
Candidate should possess and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, planning, estimating and collaboration skills as well as experience leading teams of onsite and offshore developers. The high level technology requirements are Oracle 11g or close to 11g, Oracle Forms and PL/SQL or Web development using Java, JEE, PL/SQL, AJAX, XML, jQuery, JSON.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
