Interaction opportunities with home office, field based and external stakeholders, customers, clients, producers and certainly third party administrators (TPAs).

Responsibilities:
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
Supporting Group Benefits TPA arrangements as the lead in identifying and resolving daily internal and external service and operation inquiries/activities of TPAs by effectively assessing customer concerns/needs, business needs, networking with appropriate resources and providing creative solutions.
Extensive communication with TPA partners regarding Sales, Underwriting, Compliance and Service personnel needs/requirements.
Candidate will learn team and workflows, in addition to interacting with various other individuals in the Group Benefit teams and TPAs on case implementations and deliverables tracking.
This position supports Group Benefits TPA arrangements through TPA audits, TPA audit reporting, and SLA metrics and monitoring reporting as well as day to day inquiries.
Professionally negotiate administrative fee adjustments as needed.
Draft and/or revise and negotiate Administrative Services Agreements for assigned TPA's in conjunction with legal.
Accountable for working with TPA vendors on complying with state Department of Insurance mandates, compliance with policies and procedures and relationship management.
This position may require involvement in projects or short-term assignments, as team strategy and business needs dictate.
25% travel to complete on site TPA audits is required

Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have the following requirements:
Group Benefits experience strongly preferred
B.S./B.A. degree with some basic accounting courses
Minimum of two years work experience in a business or insurance environment working with Third Party Administrators or vendors.
Minimum of two years of Premium Audit process, gap analysis, Administrative Services Agreements and business rules/policies documentation experience preferred.
Candidate must be well organized, have strong interpersonal skills and self-disciplined with ability to work independently to carry out end result communications and resolutions
Strong automation skills with a command of Excel and Word programs required, knowledge of Access and Visio a plus.
