Lead in the implementation of Agile delivery principles and practices within our Claim data organization and help on the dissemination of the methodology across technical and business teamsProvide financial/resource/strategic portfolio management support at the organizational level, partnering closely with our Claim data leadership teamManage/oversee the execution and delivery of our Claim data portfolio in alignment with the strategic roadmap and objectivesEnsure the Claim squads are implementing Quarterly Planning, Iteration Planning, Backlog Refinement, Stand-ups, Demos, and Retrospectives in alignment with enterprise agile standardsMitigate risks, issues, and impediments at the Claim organizational level to help the teams be successfulEnsure delivery standards, process efficiency, and continuous improvement processes are being implemented consistently across the organizationLeverage metrics, reporting, analytics, and tooling (Jira) to optimize team delivery and organizational efficiencyBuild and support a culture that promotes transparency, inspection, and adaptationEmbrace, champion, and adapt to change and transformation in alignment with business goals and the overall strategic directionPopulate scorecards and status reports as needed to provide timely and accurate progress on Claim initiativesOversee/govern both internal and external spend to ensure alignment with the budgetClearly and effectively communicate at all levels of management and across multiple stakeholders

The specific offer will depend on an applicant s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
