Managing patient flow and keeping the calendar full is of utmost importance.
But the most important accomplishment of the patient care coordinator is ensuring that the patients feel cared for and important.

This role requires you to manage scheduling for patients and staff using predefined templates, update patient records and prepare them for each visit, and handle routine billing and insurance questions.
Prior experience in a dental office with multiple providers is preferred, and exposure to working with Oral Surgeons and OMS software is a huge plus! Training is provided for the right person.
