- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Work with and communicate effectively with other employees - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously - Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area - Assist with court reservations - Process payments and maintain accurate records - Perform audit duties as required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong customer service skills - Knowledge of tennis is a plus - Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Note:
