Base pay starts at $16/hr for all new hires, but pay can raise quickly.
All new hires are trained regardless of prior experience, which takes about two weeks.
Following two weeks of training, there's another two weeks of being audited, then you are eligible for the Company Bonus of $2 per hour.
The bonus is not productivity based, so it is easily achievable.
There is also a bonus paid for first time in customers of $25 each.
Customers may leave TIPS, especially around the end of the year.
Base pay can reach up to $23/hr, and pay evaluations are done three to four times per year on average.
Workers are paid their full hourly wage for travel between job sites, if they are locked out of houses, or stuck in traffic.
20% of our workers are on track to earn $50,000 this year (2023).
Advancement opportunities for a supervisory position are offered to house cleaners as needed.
Housekeeping duties include:
Cleaning of bathrooms Cleaning of kitchens Dusting and polishing furniture Straightening up Washing interior windows Doing laundry and changing linens Vacuuming floors, stairs, and couch cushions Mopping floors and stairs Handling trash Carrying trash bags and vacuum cleaners up and down stairs, and into and out of buildings Working on hands and knees to clean certain areas including around toilet bowls Working on a step stool to clean areas high up off of the floor Working in occasional areas with no air conditioning in the summer Handling and cleaning delicate and fragile items Washing dishes Interacting with pets and customers in their homes Driving to and from multiple job sites Driving in occasional wintry conditions Reading and writing notes to and from customers Reading and writing to and from supervisors and administrators by hand and via electronic media Skills:

This job is unskilled labor and pays a good hourly rate with rapid pay raises for most people.
A good full time cleaner can earn $50,000 per year.
As an unskilled labor job this work is physically rigorous but not back-breaking.

We supply quality personal protection equipment as well as all cleaning supplies and equipment.
Our company has always started trainees out at a rate above the CT minimum wage.
